Give Water A Hand is national watershed education program designed to involve young people in local environmental service projects. Following steps in the Give Water A Hand Action Guide, your youth group or class plans and completes a community service project to protect and improve water resources.

Give Water A Hand program activities are presented in two publications -- the youth Action Guide and the Leader Guidebook (for youth leaders and teachers). These easy-to-follow, illustrated guides show how to organize and carry out effective action-oriented projects.
